
Since 2014
I have been teaching various styles of yoga and meditation full-time in private, public, and corporate settings. I have had the privilege of working with clients of all different ages, gender identities, body types, and backgrounds, and some with very specific needs and/or goals. Over these last 6 years, my knowledge about the yoga practice has grown, but I am and will always be, first and foremost, a student. I am constantly learning as new discoveries are made in the areas of yoga, movement, anatomy, and physical & mental health. Whether I’m teaching a class in-person, on Zoom, or working one-on-one, my students have my undivided attention. I am so grateful for the opportunity to teach the yoga practice and watch my students grow.
PRivate Sessions
I work hard for my clients. Whatever it is you are striving to achieve: specific physical goals, stress reduction, an overall lifestyle change, etc. I love to create customized classes for each individual client, it lights up my life (seriously).
