Private Sessions + Classes

In a session with me, we typically begin with a short meditation and breath work, followed by yoga asana (posture) practice, and finish with savasana (a supine meditation).


In-Person Private Sessions

One-on-one

65-90 minutes, starting at $135/session

In-person private sessions range from 60-90 mins. In each session, we work together to meet your unique overall goals, or goals for the day, so you come out feeling accomplished and calm. As we continue getting to know each other, this structure might change to better meet your specific needs.

 

Small grouP

65-90 minutes, Starting at $150/session

Much like the in-person private sessions, these sessions range from 60-90 minutes. As a result of our current global state of health, I am working with groups no larger than 2-3 people, who live within the same household if indoors. In these sessions we will work toward a collective goal, however, I provide lots of individual attention to each participant.

*COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

Vaccinations are required for indoor sessions at this time. The use of a mask will be dependent on the present spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Online Sessions

Zoom one-on-one, or small group PRivate

65-90 minutes, starting at $100

Since March 2020, I have been offering online private sessions via Zoom. Much like an in-person private session, each session is curated to meet your goals, all through the wonderful invention of Zoom! I can offer a small discount for these sessions since I will not be able to give hands-on assists.

Group classeS
